We obtain our corn semolina by milling top-quality corn, mainly cultivated in Italy.
Corn is a cereal rich in energy and nutrients, which can be used in so many disparate ways. It is a key ingredient in numerous dishes, from the traditional polenta, to corn bread, to various pasta and bakery specialities.
So as to guarantee a superior quality, all our flours are additive-free. We only mill GMO-free raw materials.
